Privacy Policy
Autumn Entry Co., operated by New Holiday Lighting, collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, check service availability, prepare and fulfill orders, process payments, and support customers.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, installation address, order selections, service-area results, payment status, scheduling information, communication preferences, and notes related to your service. Payment card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by Autumn Entry Co.
How we use information
We use customer information to save unfinished setups, verify travel distance, process and manage orders, assign installation dates, provide service updates, arrange removal, answer questions, and improve our services. We do not sell customer information.
Text messages
If you choose to receive texts, we may send order updates and occasional follow-up messages about an unfinished setup. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or contact us at any time. Choosing not to receive texts does not prevent you from purchasing.
Service providers and records
We use trusted providers, including Stripe for payments and Mapbox for distance verification, when needed to provide the service. Order and lead records are retained for business, customer-service, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes, then removed when they are no longer reasonably needed.
Website and campaign information
We record limited website activity such as pages viewed, campaign links used, referring websites, and whether an order was started or completed. We store anonymous first-party browser and session identifiers to estimate unique visitors and visits. We do not use these identifiers for cross-site advertising, and we do not sell personal data.
Private customer links
Order-status pages use a private, unguessable link instead of a password. Keep your link private because it can be used to view order details, update contact information, upload porch photos, and send service requests.
Your choices
