Event Service Policies
Quotes and booking
Event pricing is customized for the activity, guest count, location, tables, supplies and cleanup needs. A date is reserved only after the quote is accepted and paid in full.
Setup and cleanup
Autumn Entry Co. confirms arrival, setup and return-for-cleanup timing in writing. The customer must provide safe access to the event area and disclose venue restrictions. Additional cleaning, damage or time outside the approved scope may require a revised quote.
Weather
The customer may choose an indoor backup, request a reschedule or continue outdoors when conditions are safe. Autumn Entry Co. may pause, relocate or reschedule work when lightning, high winds, flooding or another unsafe condition is present.
Supervision and tools
Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult. Carving tools are used only as appropriate for the participants and agreed event plan. Hosts are responsible for communicating allergies, accessibility needs and venue rules before the event.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly if the guest count, location, date or activity changes. Credits, refunds or rescheduling depend on notice, reserved labor, purchased products and work already completed. The available resolution will be confirmed in writing.
